Returns & Refunds Policy

Our artworks are handmade, and many are made specifically to order. For this reason, all sales are generally final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Small variations in color, finish and dimensions are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Custom and commissioned artworks cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at talneho@gmail.com, with photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

If there is another exceptional problem with your order, please get in touch and we will consider it individually.
