The Tal Nehoray online store is operated by Art CO2 LLC. By using this website or purchasing an artwork, you agree to these Terms and the policies published on the website.

All artworks are handmade and individually produced or finished. Slight variations in color, surface, finish and dimensions are inherent to handmade work and are not considered defects. Screen colors may also differ slightly from the physical artwork.

Limited-edition and one-of-a-kind information is stated on the relevant artwork page. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Certain artworks are made to order and may require up to 20 business days for production. Custom and commissioned artworks cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by applicable law.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect an order already accepted and paid for. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Returns, damaged orders and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Shipping is handled according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

All artwork, photographs, text and other original content on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
