Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide via DHL Express.

Most artworks are handmade and made to order. Please allow up to 20 business days for production before shipping. One-of-a-kind works that are already available may ship sooner.

DHL Express delivery usually takes 3–15 days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination and order value. Tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are not included in the artwork or shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at talneho@gmail.com, including photographs of the artwork and packaging, and we will assist you.
